Case management services facilitate access to essential resources like medical, social, and educational services. They include coordinating care, facilitating community connections, monitoring service delivery, and helping individuals secure resources like financial aid, housing, and vocational services. They also assist in enhancing social networks and life skills.

 This is done between the counselor and the client. The goal with Individual sessions is to inspire, motivate and promote change in the client.  These can range from 15 minutes to one and a half hours long. These are done for level of care (LOC) 1.0, 2.1 and 2.5. All three levels can receive treatment from Knox Recovery.  

 The purpose of group sessions is to help the client develop pro-social skills, express their issues to others, learn to accept feedback and to see that others also struggle with the same issues.  These are held by one or more counselors and range from one to three hours depending on the level of care. Group sessions are provided to all three levels of care that Knox Recovery serves.  These are done for level of care (LOC) 1.0, 2.1 and 2.5. All three levels can receive treatment from Knox Recovery.    

 Crisis interventions counselors can assist clients in dealing with “crisis” situations that the client cannot cope with on their own. The intention of the crisis intervention is to help educate the client that they can learn to cope and deal with high stress situations without relapse. These are done for level of care (LOC) 1.0, 2.1 and 2.5. All three levels can receive treatment from Knox Recovery.  

 Random drug testing helps keep our clients honest and committed to change. Drug screens help show that the hard work clients are putting in is paying off and accomplishing the goal of sobriety. These are done for level of care (LOC) 1.0, 2.1 and 2.5. All three levels can receive treatment from Knox Recovery. 

 Assessments are done on the client's initial meeting with a clinician. Both the client and the counselor review the client's demographics, medical history, drug history, current usage, legal issues, family history with drugs are just a few areas that the assessment cover.  These are provided to clients looking to receive services from Knox Recovery, prior to a level of care identified.  

​ Treatment planning is an individualized plan put into place by the clinician to help the client during his/her journey in programming and recovery. These are updated every 90 days and are tailored to the client’s needs. These are done for level of care (LOC) 1.0, 2.1 and 2.5. All three levels can receive treatment from Knox Recovery.
